For those of you who are not familiar with our town, St Augustine, Florida, please read on and we will give you a little background.

St. Augustine, Florida is the oldest city in the US and is centrally located on the First Coast of Florida. OK—where is the First Coast you might ask? The First Coast of Florida extends along the east coast of Florida beginning at the Georgia border and extends southward past Anastasia Island to Marineland. So, now you know who we are and where we are let us tell you where we are going.

We, as a Society, are dedicated to the sport and the creation of community and regional surfing events that bring all lovers of the sport together.

We do not receive funding from manufacturers to sell their products and we do not receive funding from local companies/shops to present their viewpoint. Yes, we do have a store but the few products we sell are for the maintenance of our site and we will provide a limited number of free spots for people to advertise their services if we believe they add value to our community. These beliefs and undertakings by the St Augustine Surfing Society are its foundation and purpose.
